Landscapes

An abstraction and study of beautiful landscapes and the colours, tone, light and silhouettes that make them so captivating. My process starts with watercolours and sketches on location, and is built upon in my studio with multiple layers of mixed media that are used to emulate the feel and texture of a place. Many of these pieces are inspired by local landscapes from where I live - Richmond Park, Bushy Park and Surrey Hills.
